We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right — we’ve got you covered.
Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item or getting a refund. We’ve tried to keep it as straightforward as possible.
1. Your Right to Return (14-Day Window)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
You don’t need to give us a reason. Changed your mind? That’s completely fine.
2. How to Start a Return
It’s simple — just reach out to us first:
- Email us at: orders@labubuhub.pl
- Include your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and send it back to the address we provide
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — it helps us process your return much faster.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging (tags, box, accessories included)
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase or order number
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
Your refund will be sent back using the same payment method you used to place the order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — we’re really sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Include your order number
We’ll sort it out for you — either with a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases.
6. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order once your refund is processed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Items that have been opened and used
- Products with broken safety seals
- Customised or personalised items (if applicable)
