2. Products

labubuhub.pl sells toys and fashion products online within Poland and the EU.

All products are new unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 via www.labubuhub.pl. To complete an order:

  • Add a product to your cart
  • Fill in the order form with your details
  • Select payment and delivery method
  • Confirm your order

A sales contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are gross prices (VAT included) in Polish Zloty (PLN). Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit / Debit card
  • BLIK
  • PayPal

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is via courier within Poland. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply for orders above PLN 199 (see website for current promotions).

6. Returns and Complaints

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. To withdraw, email us at: orders@labubuhub.pl

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in its original, undamaged condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be attached

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

7. Product Safety

All toys sold at labubuhub.pl comply with EU Directive 2009/48/EC on toy safety. Products carry CE markings and include age restriction information. Please follow all age recommendations and adult supervision guidelines on packaging.

Labubuhub is the data controller. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) solely for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties without consent.
