1. Where We Ship

Right now, we ship within Poland. We’re based here and proud of it — which means your order doesn’t have to travel far to reach you.

We’re working on expanding to other EU countries soon — stay tuned!

2. How Long Does Delivery Take?

Once your payment goes through, here’s what to expect:

  • Order processing: 1 business day (we pack it up and hand it over to the courier)
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated time: 3–5 business days from order to doorstep

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

We try to keep shipping costs fair and simple:

  • Standard courier delivery — shown at checkout based on your location
  • FREE shipping on orders over 199 PLN

The exact shipping cost is always shown before you confirm your order — no surprises at checkout.

4. How We Ship

We work with trusted courier services in Poland to get your order to you safely. Depending on your location and what you’ve ordered, your package may arrive via:

  • InPost (parcel lockers — super convenient if you’re not home)
  • DPD / DHL courier (delivered straight to your door)
  • Poczta Polska (for certain locations)

You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Didn’t get a tracking email? Check your spam folder first — and if it’s not there, just contact us and we’ll look into it.

6. What If My Order Is Late?

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but couriers can sometimes cause delays — especially around holidays or during busy periods.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please get in touch and we’ll investigate straight away:

Please include your order number — it helps us track things down faster.

7. My Package Arrived Damaged

That’s the last thing we want to hear — and we’re sorry if it happened. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging (so we can report it to the courier)

We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.
